Taka) acoustic guitar. I guess, I'm not an acoustic guy after all... So, this one must go, no emotional attached with this fella.

check here. Stock preamp TS-1N was faulty, but the guitar still plays great acoustically.
Conditions - cosmetic 8/10, playability 10/10 acoustically but dead-beat 1/10 electo-coustically.
